August 1992 - March 2001, staff member of the SAFE, senior staff member and principal staff member of the Balance of Payments Department of the SAFE (March 1996 - January 2001, studied for her Master's degree in World Economics at the Renmin University of China; October 1998 - March 2000, studied for her Master's degree in Policy Science at the Saitama University, Japan).
March 2001 - April 2004, Deputy Director of the Balance of Payments Division I, Deputy Director of the Statistical Methodology Division, and Deputy Director of Banking Supervision Division of the Balance of Payments Department of the SAFE.
