Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE)

ZHENG Wei, PhD in Economics, Associate Researcher. She served the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China and the People's Bank of China Shenzhen Central Sub-branch in many capacities including Deputy Director and Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Director of the Teaching and Research Office of the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China, Deputy Director and Director of the People's Bank of China Shenzhen Central Sub-branch General Office, Vice President and member of the CPC Committee of the People's Bank of China Shenzhen Central Sub-branch, and also worked at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Shenzhen Branch as Deputy Administrator. In July 2016, she was appointed Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and member of the CPC Leadership of the SAFE.
